Our plan

How we get there

Our mission is a world where regenerative and sustainable living is the default, not the exception. A mission that big deserves a plan, and a plan is only useful if it's honest. So here it is: where we are, what we're constrained by, and the four phases that take us from words to hardware in the world.

Where we are today

A small team

Big mission, few hands. We move carefully and learn fast.

No product yet

No factory, no catalog. We won't pretend otherwise.

Building in the open

The best way to earn trust is to show our work.

Those constraints shape the plan. Each phase is achievable with what we have at that moment, and earns the knowledge, audience, and resources the next phase needs. We won't skip steps, and we'll tell you plainly which phase we're in.

The four phases

  1. Phase 01

    We are here

    Spread the word

Before we build anything, we amplify what already works. The people and projects proving that regenerative living is possible deserve a bigger audience, and we want to learn from every one of them.

    • Share everything relevant to the mission through our weekly newsletter
    • Create content about sustainability and regenerative projects
    • Share the accounts of the people doing this work, so you can follow them directly
    • Write weekly blog posts diving into these projects: what they do, why it works, what we can learn

Objective: a community that cares about this transition, and real-world evidence of what makes regenerative projects succeed.

  2. Phase 02

    Next

    Design

Phase one isn't just storytelling, it's research. Every project we study leaves us with data: what worked, what failed, what people actually adopt. Here we put that learning to work and start designing systems of our own, grounded in evidence rather than guesses.

Objective: designs we believe in enough to build, validated against what has already worked in the real world.

  3. Phase 03

    Later

    Build

Then we make the designs real: prototypes, iteration, testing. If building well takes more resources than we have, we'll raise capital, but only as much as the mission needs, and only from people who share it.

Objective: working products that hold up to real use, and the resources to make them well.

  4. Phase 04

    Later

    Deploy

Finally, we put our work into the world: deploying our systems, partnering with organizations that share the mission, and selling hardware products across different industries. This is where the default starts to shift, not because people were convinced to sacrifice, but because the regenerative option became the better one.

Objective: regenerative systems working in homes and industries, sustained by a business that funds the next step.

Hold us to it

This page will change as we learn, and that's the point. When we move to a new phase, we'll say so. When something doesn't work, we'll write about that too. If you want to follow along, the newsletter is where it all lands first.
